HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO TULLY, SOPHIE AND SOLOMON!
On Wednesday 4th May, twenty students in Years 7-10 participated at the District Cross Country Titles at The Big Pineapple in Woombye. The students cheered on their classmates and gave their best. It was a hot and humid day with the sun blaring down and temperatures reaching 27 degrees. But despite the tough track and challenging conditions, three of our students earned a spot in the Regional Championships at the end of the month in Buderim.
Congratulations to Tully Pink coming 2nd in the 15 years boys, Sophie Jansen coming 6th in the 15 years girls and Solomon Tucker coming 5th in the 14 years boys. Well done, NCC, you represented us well with your attitude, sportsmanship, and effort!!! Mrs Kelly Paul, Secondary Teacher.
