Term 2 2023, saw the introduction of a new Secondary interschool basketball team. Under the direction and coaching of Mr Sam Krieg (Secondary Sport Teacher), the Under 16 boys team travelled to Clippers Stadium each Thursday evening to play. During lunchtimes and after school Mr Krieg has been coaching the team and after seeing the need, Cooroy RSL very kindly donated uniforms for the boys and the coach. These will arrive early August. 
The team were two players down in their latest game on 13th July, however, they still clinched the win 47-40 with Tyler Blandin de Chalain named as the player of the match. (Pictured). Congratulations to the team and Mr Krieg!
